This post will be about things the Mariners need to do this offseason.

  1. Carlos Estevez RHP

I think Carlos Estevez is a great option. We didn't sign Yimi Garcia, so Carlos Estevez is a great add-on. Hitting is our main problem, but we could use some new relievers, and this guy is pretty good. He had 26 saves, a 2.45 ERA, and a 0.91 WHIP. Furthermore, I think Carlos Estevez is a great choice for the Mariners.

  1. Carlos Santana 1B

I think Carlos Santana is a great option for hitting. And From what I've heard the Mariners are already trying to get him. He was a Mariner in 2022, which was the year the Mariners made the playoffs. He is still good with a .238 batting average, 23 home runs, 72 RBIs, and a .749 OPS. He might not be the best player ever, but the Mariners need a certified 1st baseman, and this guy could do it.

  1. Christian Walker 1B

There are a lot of first-basemen on this list, and they just keep getting better. Next up, Christian Walker. Christian Walker is a power hitter; this year he might have been injured, but last year he hit 36 homers leading the Diamondbacks to a World Series. His 2024 stats aren't as good because he was hurt for 30 games, but he still hit .251 with 26 homers and 84 RBIs. Not only that he is a great fielder he won a gold glove this year and he is 33 years old. I think he is another great option for 1st base.

  1. Pete Alonso 1B

I think Pete Alonso is the best fit 1st basemen for us. The Mets probably won't re-sign him because they spent 765 million dollars on Juan Soto. He had 34 homers 88 RBIs and batted .240. The Mariners need more hitting like Pete's and with him, Julio Rodriguez, and Cal Raleigh the Mariners could have three 30-homer players. I think Pete Alonso is the best first baseman we could get.

  1.  Hyeseong Kim 2B

Hyeseong Kim is actually in the KBO, which is the Korean baseball league. In the KBO he batted.326, which is a high batting average. He also had 30 SBs (stolen bases). He also is a second baseman and the Mariners don't have one, so  Hyeseong is a good choice. Not only that, but he also has won Gold Gloves at shortstop and second base. People think he won't be that expensive, which is good because our owners don't spend that much. I've heard that the Mariners are already trying to get him, so I think that he is the best player the Mariners could get this offseason.

Now you know the 5 players the Mariners need to get this offseason: Carlos Estevez, Carlos Santana, Christian Walker, Pete Alonso, and Hyeseong Kim.
